1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

The product you got is destroyed, flaws or not, what you ordered.
You were given a poor product or size.
The product is not used, in its original state, and in its original packaging.

Some products including personal care products, hygiene products, and customized goods might not be returned because of safety and hygiene considerations.

2. Return Time Frame

Within 7 days of receiving your order, the returns should be requested.
The requests submitted later than this might not receive any refund or refund.

6. Shipping Costs

Provided the turnaround is occasioned as a result of our fault (wrong item, defective product, or damaged goods), we will meet the costs of the return shipping.
In case of other reasons (like changing mind) to reimburse the item, the return shipping fees might be billed.
